Wallet & Subscriptions
After signing in, click Wallet in the left navigation, or go to /wallet. The wallet page brings together balance statistics, online top-up, redemption codes, order history, subscription plans, your subscriptions and referral rewards.
View balance and usage
Section titled “View balance and usage”The wallet statistics area includes:
- Current balance: the internal quota available for model calls and other billed operations. It is not a cash balance.
- Total consumed: the quota the account has used historically.
- API requests: the number of API requests the account has made.
Online top-up
Section titled “Online top-up”The top-up area of the wallet shows the options currently available. Preset amounts, the minimum top-up and any discounts are whatever the page shows.
- In the Top up area, choose one of the preset amounts or enter a custom amount.
- Check the quota and the payable amount the system calculates.
- Choose one of the payment methods the platform currently offers.
- In the confirmation dialog, verify the quota, payable amount, discount and payment method.
- Confirm to be redirected to the third-party payment page.
- After paying, return to the wallet and wait for the order status and balance to update.
The payment methods available are whatever the top-up page shows, and each may have its own amount limits. If no payment method appears at all, contact support.
Redemption codes
Section titled “Redemption codes”The top-up area has a redemption code input box, which adds quota to your account directly.
- Find the Redemption code input box in the top-up area.
- Enter your redemption code.
- Click Redeem, wait for the result message and refresh the balance.
Each code can be used successfully only once, and codes expire.
When redemption fails, the page deliberately does not distinguish between “already used”, “expired” and “does not exist”. First make sure the code was copied in full with no stray spaces or line breaks; if it looks correct and still fails, contact support with the code.
Subscription plans
Section titled “Subscription plans”Subscription plans live in the subscription area of the wallet page. They suit steady usage where you want a predictable monthly cost. When nothing is on sale, the subscription area is hidden.
A plan card includes:
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Title and subtitle | The name and description of the plan. |
| Price | The amount required to buy the plan. |
| Validity | Configurable in years, months, days, hours or a custom duration in seconds. |
| Total quota | The subscription quota the plan includes. 0 means no total quota limit. |
| Quota reset | Configurable as no reset, daily, weekly, monthly or a custom cycle. |
| Purchase limit | Limits how many times one user can buy it. 0 means no limit. |
| Upgrade group | Some plans move your account to a higher group on purchase, which can change the models available to you or their prices. |
| Downgrade group | The group your account moves to when the subscription expires. When it is not set, you normally return to your pre-purchase group. |
Buying a subscription plan
Section titled “Buying a subscription plan”- Open the subscription area of the wallet page.
- Pick a plan and review its validity, quota, reset cycle and purchase limit.
- Choose one of the purchase methods shown.
- Check the order details, then complete the balance deduction or the third-party payment.
- For a third-party payment, return to the wallet and wait for the callback. Confirm the subscription is active after the status updates.
Different plans support different purchase methods — go by the buttons on the plan card. Some plans can be bought with your wallet balance, which deducts the corresponding quota from your current balance.
A greyed-out or failing purchase button usually means one of: you have reached your personal purchase limit for that plan, the plan has been withdrawn, or your balance is too low to pay with it.
Checking subscription status
Section titled “Checking subscription status”The My subscriptions area shows the current subscription and past states. Common statuses are:
- Active: the subscription is in effect. The page shows the remaining days and end time, plus the next reset time when one is configured. For a limited-quota subscription it also shows the total, used and remaining quota and a usage progress bar.
- Expired: the subscription has ended and its quota can no longer be used.
- Cancelled: the subscription was cancelled or ended early. There is no self-service cancellation, so contact support if this state is unexpected.
When the quota reset time arrives, the used quota of a limited-quota subscription is cleared and a new quota cycle begins. If the next reset time would fall after the subscription end time, that reset is not scheduled.
When a subscription expires your account moves to the plan’s downgrade group, or back to the group you were in before the purchase if none is set. If you have other subscriptions still running, the group is resolved together with those and may not change at all.
Choosing a billing preference
Section titled “Choosing a billing preference”The wallet page lets you choose the order in which quota is deducted for a request. After saving the preference, the backend applies these rules:
| Billing preference | Deduction rule |
|---|---|
| Subscription first | Deducts from an active subscription first. When subscription quota runs short, the wallet is used only if every active subscription allows falling back to it. With no active subscription, the wallet is used. |
| Wallet first | Deducts from the wallet first, then tries the subscription when the wallet balance runs short. |
| Subscription only | Uses only the subscription. With no active subscription, or when subscription quota runs short, the request fails and does not fall back to the wallet. |
| Wallet only | Uses only the wallet. When the balance runs short the request fails and the subscription is not used. |
A plan’s “wallet overflow fallback” rule affects the result of Subscription first: if even one active subscription forbids the fallback, short subscription quota cannot switch to the wallet. With no active subscription, the page disables the Subscription first and Subscription only options.
Referral rewards
Section titled “Referral rewards”The referral reward area of the wallet page shows the referral link, pending rewards, cumulative historical rewards and the number of people referred. The referral code is embedded in the aff parameter of the link, which has this form:
current-site-address/sign-up?aff=<referral code>How to use it:
- Copy the referral link from the referral reward area.
- Send the link to a new user who registers through it. Password registration and the parts of OAuth registration that use the state flow read the parameter. Standalone sign-in flows such as WeChat and Telegram do not.
- Once the referral conditions are met, the reward is granted according to the rules.
- The referrer’s reward lands in pending rewards first. Once it reaches the minimum transfer amount, click Transfer to balance to add it to the main balance.
The referred user’s reward goes straight into their account quota. The referrer’s reward lands in pending rewards and only becomes usable balance after you transfer it manually.
Order history
Section titled “Order history”Click Order history in the top right of the top-up card to see top-up and payment order records.
The page supports searching by order number and pagination, and shows the order number, creation time, payment method, top-up quota or amount, paid amount and order status. Only the last 30 days are available, and the search matches the order number only, so keep your own copy of anything older.
This list is primarily for top-up and payment orders and does not guarantee coverage of every subscription order.
Common limitations
Section titled “Common limitations”Wallet and subscription features can be temporarily unavailable when:
- The top-up amount is below the minimum, or above the per-transaction cap of the payment method you picked.
- Your balance is too low, the plan has been withdrawn, or you reached your personal purchase limit.
- The payment callback has not arrived yet and the order is still processing.
- A payment method is under maintenance, in which case it is not shown on the top-up page at all.
